Moonlight Knitter

I am completely new to this, so there will be bumps as I learn what I am doing. So what I am doing is trying to find a way to express my creativity while still being a Mom! So I knit! I knit as much as I can squeeze into my day. I knit at night mostly, after my boys are in bed. So here is my first posted project. I am currently working on a hat for my brother. His birthday is the 15th, so I have plenty of time! This is also one of my first cable projects! So far so good! Not as scary as I thought they were! I altered a pattern I found on line to try to fit my brothers head! We have a lot of hair in my family! Other wise it is a basic cable knit close fitting stocking hat. The ribbing is a k3, p1 repeat. I am using Lion Brand wool ease in pines and size 10 circular. The picture is really dark, we got a new camera yesterday. I really need to read the instructions! I am halfway done.
